Throughout his career he learned that a business grows as the business owner develops as leader of his life and his business. For that reason it is important and necessary the spiritual and professional growth.

George has an extensive experience of over 30 years in sales, customer service, team development and training in multinational companies holding senior executive positions in hotel companies such as Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, Hilton and cruise lines, Carnival and Norwegian. 

Helping these companies increase revenues, developed and implementing innovating strategies to increase customer satisfaction index through service excellence while Creating a positive impact for the business, the customers and the staff.

Thanks to his passion for sales and service, he embarked on his own business with his wife, in the restaurant industry. Likewise the desire to learn, and share his knowledge has led him to fulfill his life purpose, founding his own company which bears his name, George Abuabara.

He created specialized programs for restaurant entrepreneurs. I want to share with you the reasons as to why I decided to take action and realize the purpose of my life, to serve and share what I love to do.

In the past, when I worked as an executive in large companies, I lived the experience of job loss due to downsizing as it became a new trends in corporate America, more than once.

In 2011 I had an experience that marked a turning point in my life. I thought my family and I lived a stable and happy life. I was arrested during a traffic violation stop, with a bail bond of nearly one million dollars. After 16 days in 3 different jails in Florida was set free, since everything had been a mistake. That day I had two options, wallow in the pain of what I had just lived or strengthening every facet of my life. This led me to find the purpose of my life and my desire to leave a legacy for my family and for the community.

On several occasions, restaurant owners friends and other businesses here in the United States and several Latin American countries, kept calling me asking for advice and ideas on different situations their businesses were facing, then I realize the need for information and training that existed in the Latino market as well for the small business family owned. I then learned that they were “prisoners” of their business, that they were self employed, with minimum knowledge of their food service business and consequently had no quality time for themselves or for their families.
These experiences that I shared with you taught me that a successful business goes hand to hand with the spiritual, personal and professional growth.

Personal story lived when he was arrested in the United States in 2011, with a Bail Bond of nearly one million dollars. He lived 16 days with the uncertainty of not knowing the reason for his arrest, which was called a closed case. This event was a grave mistake made by the American Justice Department system. This event gave him insight into where his life purpose is.
